Senior Digital Transformation Lead (f/m/d)

in Germany (multiple cities) within a hybrid work model.

Your mission:

Drive cross-functional digital programs, engage with stakeholders, manage budgets, and build client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Provide functional leadership to PMO and other teams for key digital growth and efficiency initiatives
• Drive end-to-end delivery of large, complex solution programs
• Engage senior stakeholders for program support and alignment
• Ensure project governance, manage dependencies, risks, and budget
• Build an expert services practice focused on people development and client relationships

Requirements:

• Proven management consulting/digital consulting and program management experience
• Expertise in areas like Business Transformation, Change Management, Digital Service & Platform Development
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Track record in leading diverse teams and managing external partners
• Fluency in English and German
