European Head of Conversion Optimization (f/m/d)

We are currently looking for the

European Head of Conversion Optimization (f/m/d)

based in Germany.


The role:

  • You will drive the further implementation, utilization and monetization of centrally developed digital platforms in close conjunction with local digital teams in 10 European countries
  • You will, on an European scale, identify, analyze, configure, deploy, monitor and optimize monetization, engagement and customer care campaigns via various tools available within the platforms
  • Responsibility, on an European scale, for the end-to-end ecommerce funnel (Upper-traffic generation, Middle-journey optimization, Lower-Back Office and Fullfillment processes) and provision of guidelines in end-to-end optimization
  • You will work closely with the product and engineering teams (Germany and Offshore) to optimize and prioritize the roadmap for further developments of the platforms


Your skills/requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital/online businesses on a European scale, specifically in ecommerce businesses including experience with digital engagement/campaign optimization tools
  • Ablility to navigate in a huge complex matrix organization with multiple stakeholders and responsibilities
  • Being obsessed with delivering great customer experience
  • Very data driven and proficient with state-of-the-art analytics and measurement tools
  • Excellent communicational skills in English combined with a “get it done” mentality. German language skills are a plus
