We are currently looking for a

Global Head of Biological Data Science (f/m/d)

based in Switzerland or Germany.

The role:

• Create value by championing data and digital platforms that meet the needs and capabilities of a global organization, share best practices, and align across regional biological data experts
• Lead the global data exploitation and predictive science activities
• Drive strategic innovation in data exploitation and predictive science
• Prepare the organization for sustainable changes in biological data analytics
• Lead the development of digital solutions for data capture, analysis, and interpretation together with R&D IT to enable step change in product knowledge and speed up decisions

Your skills/requirements:

• Post-graduate degree in data science relating to biological R&D
• Biological qualification with digital, IT and/or analytics capabilities
• 8+ years of experience overall, incl. experience in people management in a matrix organization
• In-depth knowledge of data exploitation and predictive science, preferably in context of biological R&D
• Fluent in written and oral English
